Lunablu Retreats Terms and Conditions
Please read all of the terms conditions set forth below. All Retreats are offered subject to our standard terms and conditions, set forth below. Upon making a reservation with Lunablu Retreats, you are deemed to be accepting all “Terms and Conditions.” Please read each Retreat description to make sure that you understand the itinerary that you are undertaking.


Signing Up:
You can sign up for a Retreat through our trusted Ambassadors, our online platform on or by contacting us directly by mail  with your full contact information, the retreat reference, room selection, the instructor name and the retreat date. After signing up for a retreat, you will receive an email confirmation, which will include the retreat details, to pay your deposit, information about arrival and departure and logistical information.


Reservation Policy:
All retreat prices are current at the time of publication and in EURO. To confirm your reservation, you must pay your initial deposit with valid credit card information and chose single or double occupancy.
If the retreat has not been cancelled by Lunablu Retreats , the balance of the Retreat cost is due to Lunablu Retreats 30 days prior to the retreat start date and may be paid in the same manner as the initial deposit.  A reminder will be sent by Lunablu Retreats to your e-mail address on file 40 days before the due date. If the balance of the retreat cost is not received by the due date, this will constitute your election to terminate your participation in the retreat and your reservation will be canceled, at which time the cancellation policy below will be fully applied to your deposit.


Deposit Terms:
In all cases, to secure your booking, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit as specified for each retreat (to reserve your spot). The balance of the Retreat package amount is to be paid, in full, not less than 30 days prior to start of the Retreat, unless your time of booking is less than 30 days prior to the retreat, in which case full payment is due at the time of booking. The balance of the Retreat package amount will be automatically charged to your credit card within 30 days prior to start of the chosen Retreat. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal for payment. If you prefer to pay by check or bank transfer, please contact us

The payment for any additional items offered specific for deemed Retreat (transfers and individual coaching) that are purchased during your booking must be paid in full by a credit card payment prior to your departure from the retreat location. All other expenses (drinks, massages or excursions not included in the program) can be paid on site in cash.

Weather Conditions:
Weather conditions can be unpredictable, and can change quickly and significantly. Lunablu Retreats cannot be made liable for unpleasant or unsuitable weather conditions and no refunds are made for such conditions.

Construction Work:
Lunablu Retreats cannot predict construction plans in the area and therefore cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience. In the event of building works taking place by local authorities, private developers or neighbours, it is important to note that we are not responsible for such work and we are unable to stop such work taking place and we are unable to control the level of noise. We cannot be held responsible for any building works that take place during your retreat. No refunds can be given in the event of nearby construction.


Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel your retreat reservation, the cancellation policy outlined below will be applied. Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, terrorism, civil unrest or personal emergencies. There is no refund or discount for arriving late or leaving a retreat early, or for not participating in any scheduled activity. Any cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances one month prior to arrival will incur some withholding or extra fees based on your payment plan. The cancellation policy in effect includes:

  • 50% of payments are refundable up to 30 days before program, excluding initial deposit

  • 29 days prior to a program, tuition is non-refundable and payment is due in full

The consumer card will automatically be charged.


Cancellation Insurance:
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself from unexpected circumstances that may cause you to cancel your Retreat. Cancellation of any travel plans, airlines, etc. will be completely your responsibility.


Cancellation by Lunablu Retreats:
Lunablu Retreats reserves the right to cancel any Retreat at any time for any reason determined at our sole discretion, including too few participants, or if the quality of the retreat or the safety of the participants is deemed by Lunablu Retreats to be compromised. In such a case, refund of payments received from retreat reservations shall constitute full and final settlement and release of all claims against us. In the event of cancellation, Lunablu Retreats is not responsible for any loss incurred on account of nonrefundable or non-transferable air tickets or other unrecoverable travel costs.

Room Configurations:
Room configurations are outlined in your individual reservation forms. Due to limited availability, room configurations are set during your time of booking on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event that you book with a friend for shared accommodations, you will be guaranteed a room with that person. Availability depends on Retreat location, time of booking and demand from other interested parties. We do not faciltate shared room accommodations, during the booking process.


Package Inclusions:
All package inclusions are unique for each individual retreat and location and are outlined on our online bookign platform on . Please read before booking your retreat.


Travel Requirements & Conditions:
Please ensure that you have all the relevant travel documentation for your Retreat location and that you arrive at the airport on time. Lunablu Retreats is not responsible if you lack the required documentation for your flight or for entry into another country (valid passport for the entire duration of the Retreat and return travel, visa, entry fee, etc.). However, if you are unsure of your requirements and need help, you are welcome to contact us for assistance. Lunablu Retreats cannot accept responsibility for delay or cancellation of any flights, train, buses or other forms of transport.

Resort Policies:
All guests are required to follow the accommodation's policies. These may include noise restriction, public access, care of property, privacy, consideration of other participants, and more. If needed, you will be made aware of these policies prior to or upon your arrival.


Spa, Yoga & Coaching Session Policy & Cancellations:
Each Lunablu Retreat will include some form of yoga/fitness/mediation and coaching sessions. All guests are encouraged to attend all included sessions, but this is not a requirement. In the event that you book an individual session with one of our instructors but are unable to make that appointment, you will be subject to their individual cancellation policies. This information will be made available to you prior to booking with them.


Responsibility of Valuables:
Lunablu Retreats is not liable for any breakage, loss or theft of personal items. Please limit your valuables, as traveling with such valuables will be your complete responsibility.


Personal Safety & Insurance:
Lunablu Retreats recommends that you obtain cancellation, travel and medical insurance prior to attending any of our Retreats. Prior to participating in any activities or using any facilities, please ensure that you are medically and physically fit and able. If you have any injuries or illnesses, please seek doctor’s advice prior to attending. Lunablu Retreats is not liable for any injuries due to use of our facilities or participation in activities or during travel to and from the Retreat. Any injuries or medical conditions are completely your sole responsibility. By sending a deposit toward your Retreat, you certify that you do not have any physical condition or disability that would create a hazard for you or other participants during the Retreat. In other words, you certify that you are healthy and fit for any activities scheduled on the Retreat and in which you plan to participate. Furthermore, it is required that you have the proper personal and health insurance to cover your needs while present in the Retreat, in case of any loss of property, illness, injury or death.


Lunablu Retreats retains all copyright license rights and sole exclusive ownership of the information, photographs and material displayed on its website and obtained during the retreats. The material may not be modified, copied or used in any other way without first obtaining written permission from Lunablu Retreats.


Lunablu Retreats shall not be liable for any failures beyond its control. This covers natural disasters, war, ‘acts of God’, closure of airports, civil strife, accidents or failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers and subcontractors.

Privacy Policy:

We respect your privacy, both personal and informational. Lunablu Retreats will keep all information that we collect from you secure, and will not provide this information to any third party providers. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of your personal information, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We are committed to creating special memories for you during your retreat, and that includes (limited) photography and/or videography to capture any special moments. If you are not comfortable having your picture taken, please let us know in advance. Otherwise you authorize Lunablu Retreats to use any and all photos for Social Media and Marketing purposes.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
By making a booking with Lunablu Retreats for a Retreat, you accept on your behalf and all those named on the booking to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the general release of liability and the assumption of risk, described below.


Release of Liability:
You hereby release and discharge Lunablu Retreats, a Dutch based organization, its directors, officers, agents and employees, from and against any and all liability, loss, cost, expense or damage arising, directly or indirectly, from the Retreat, including your participation in the retreat activities.


Assumption of Risk:
You acknowledge that you have voluntarily applied for a retreat with Lunablu Retreats, a Dutch based organization. You understand that you may be traveling to a foreign country and that you will participate in various activities. You are prepared to assume the risks associated with this Retreat, including: forces of nature, terrorism, civil unrest, war, accidents, personal injury and similar circumstances. You also assume risks associated with illness, disease, physical exertion and alcohol consumption, knowing that access to suitable medical support may be delayed. Your hereby agree to take full responsibility for your own actions, safety and welfare, including unanticipated events, injury, illness, emotional trauma or death.

Printing, Typing, terms and conditions, calculation errors and omissions:

Lunablu Retreats reserve the right to correct any printing or typing errors, omissions or calculation mistakes at any time. We also reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions that apply to your booking at any time and without prior notice.

Contract, Complaints and suggestions
Lunablu Retreats is confident that you will not have any cause for concern during your retreat. However if you should have any problems during your stay this should first be brought to the attention of the retreat manager. If you are not satisfied with the local resolution, then, any further comments or suggestions should be put in writing, within 14 days of your return, specifying the problems to:
