Discount

The retreat is open to anyone.  Since there are so many things to do on this retreat, it is a great opportunity to bring along friends or family who may not be interested in the daily practices but who would be inspired by the culture of Italy and the chance to unwind, explore, meet new people and join in the excursions and optional activities. We offer a 15% discount if you are not attending the retreat program. Cancellation

  • Initial deposits are non-refundable

  • 50% of payments are refundable up to 30 days before program, excluding initial 30% deposit, which is non refundable

  • 29 days prior to a program, tuition is non-refundable

  • Full tuition is refunded if the trip is cancelled due to low enrollment

  • Lunablu Micro Signature Retreats is not responsible for any loss incurred due to currency conversion rates

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy above will apply, with no exceptions. We wish we could compensate people for unforseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but we have costs already incurred when reserving facilities and booking staff. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change. But to protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.​

 

Booking your Flight 

Flights are not included in the price. We advice to fly to the closest airport Brindisi from where we can arrange your transfer or you book yourself a car. Airlines flying to Brindisi:

Transfers 

Renting a car in the area is no luxury, but for those who want we can arrange for a transfer from the airport to the accommodation. We offer private transfers, or group transfers, which you can reserve during your booking process.

​Each retreat has its own program and accommodation, but in general each retreatprogram is built as follows:

Food and drinks (the good stuff)

​

Since you are visiting Italy food is the very important part of your trip!  The Italian way of having breakfast is to stop at the cafe and order a coffee along with a cornetto ripieno all'albicocca (a croissant filled with apricot jam delicious by the way).  At home, most Italians would just have milk & coffee (caffelatte) with cookies for breakfast. Not to worry, we will cater for the international traveler and welcome you every morning with a rich buffet of fresh seasonal fruits and various hot and cold choices.

​

Lunch and dinner will be healthy, local and authentic Italian dishes, every day freshly prepared. All our menus are prepared with BIO dynamic or/and non GMO ingredients and whenever possible. During the day you will have access to unlimited (herbal) teas, coffee and water. Wine, in good Italian tradition, is being served during lunch and dinner and included in your price. If you, in any case, crave a Negroni Sbagliato, just ask for the cocktail menu (but please note that alcoholic drinks such as cocktails, beers, bottles of wine other than mentioned in our program are charged for additionally)

 

Any personal dietary requirements can be catered for (if possible) and are only upon request; please inform us / contact us before you make a booking.​​

Your wellbeing

 
 
Our retreat programs are focused around 'benessere' , which is italian for feeling well, being happy, relaxed and just live life as it should be. That does not necessarily mean being lazy though!
 
We offer a wide range of activities, starting the day with a nice meditation. Followed by the daily program. Sufficient personal time so that you have enough time to enjoy the sunshine and a splash in the pool. The science of happiness states that you cannot achieve happiness if you do not share your qualities, your unique skills with others. So surely we will be looking out for yours during the week; during art class, guided walks, cooking pasta or during our excursions, whatever is planned for in your carefully designed retreat package.

Additionally we offer signature massages, private sessions (coaching, meditation, yoga), you can play the transformation game or book a range of beauty treatments ( herbal and mud packing) for example at the nearby natural thermen.
